Hornady Warranty service.

Stuck a case in a Hornady die. :-[ Destroyed the decapping pin rod getting it out.
Picked up the phone and called Hornady. Within 5 minutes, got an email that the needed replacement parts were on the way "no charge". More than I expected but nice to know that they're there when you need them.
And it wasn't even a "Warranty Issue". Super good folks to deal with. A++ all the way. 8) 8)

I've also had dealings with RCBS. They never let me pay for damageed parts. Got nothing to do with "Warranty Coverage", they just won't take my $$. ;) Another "First Class" outfit.
I guess that's why I keep going back.
Hornady and RCBS? First class all the way. 8)

I've used one shot for years and never stuck a case.

On the other hand, I finally tried Imperial and I like it a lot. For the price and ease of use, I'm sticking with Imperial for now.

No Hornady "One Shot" for me. Just didn't get enough Imperial on the case and though I had it covered. Worst part? I stuck "TWO"! :-[
Two steps back, got my $hit together and did another 25 or 30 with no issues. ;) First time in a looong time and it probably won't be the last. ;D

I have actually bought a secondhand RCBS Rockchucker press kit and called RCBS for a replacement handle a primer catcher dustcap for the powder mill and other bits and pieces to spruce it up to sell and they sent everything free charge.
I have a lock n load AP system but haven't had a need to try theirwarrenty yet.

I have to say i have dealt with Hornady on several occasions and also Rcbs and Redding. All 3 were great with quick delivery time and no charges. I used a brand new Forster 308 die and stuck the first case i ran thru it then the second and the third. When i called them they said to leave the stuck case in the die. Several days later i got the call that they needed my credit card # so they could charge me to remove the case and for return shipping. The techs explanation was i was using sub standard lube. I have been using the same lube for years without a single stuck case. Here is the best one . I get the die back and for my satisfaction i began sizing the same lot of brass and the same lube and no stuck cases!!! HMMM kinda makes a guy wonder what was the real problem with the die and what die they do and not tell me JMO.
