Why are you wanting to shoot 100 grainers in your 7-08? is it just for plinking? have you been shooting your new rifle yet? The site 15Tango gave you is good info but don't use the 100 gr barns loads with hornady 100 grain bullets. When I get home I will look up hornady data for you, or buy some barns they are good bullets.

Glad to here you have got a chance to shoot your new rifleMy wife shot her bear and her deer this year with her 7mm-08 and next week she plans on harvesting her elk with it. I did load some 100 grainers with min charges for her to plink with and get trigger time in. Ron is correct it is the 7th edition hornady manual.
There are 6 powders listed H 4895-aa 2495-imr 4064-varget-rl 15 and viht-n-140
h 4895, starts @ 36.6 grains @ 2800fps through 44.8 grains @ 3300 fps
aa2495 starts @ 37.0 gr.@ 2800fps through 45.4 gr @ 3300 fps
imr 4064 starts @ 40.1 gr.@ 2800 fps through 45.0 gr.@ 3200 fps
varget starts @ 39.3 gr.@ 2800 fps through 47.4 gr.@ 3300 fps
rl 15 starts @ 40.2 gr.@ 2800 fps through 47.0 gr @ 3300 fps
Viht-n-140 starts @ 39.7 fps @ 2800 fps through 45.7 gr.@ 3200 fps
Siiri I got this straight from the hornady manual, double checked it after I typed it out and am confident I printed it correctly but feel free to double check as I am human and can make mistakes and it is your safety thats @ risk.
Hope this helps, It is easy to get confused when loading from a sheet printed off like this that I wrote so PLEASE be carefull.
Wayne.
P.S these loads are for hornady's 100 grain hp bullet- B.C is 0.279 and c.o.l is 2.700
