Hornady Lock-N-Load Powder Dispenser ?????

Ok aquired this in a large purchase (SEE picture) and didn't really see it till I was back Home. Just wondering if anybody else has ever had this happen. Have tried damp rag and rubbing alcohol, even round nylon brush chucked in drill. Any suggestions?? Is it salvageable ?

It looks a LOT better than it did when I started. LOL

Acetone (*real* nail polish remover) will dissolve nitrocellulose.
However, first test to see if it also damages the plastic.
Be careful, do it with plenty of ventilation, preferably outside.
