I just got another 6,000 count box of that bullet delivered the other day. Got two on hand, and four jugs of H335, and 15,000 primers. You watch The Walking Dead? Anyway.
Makes a great plinking round for my Barnes Precision AR15 with EOtech. I make this round on my Dillon 550B. It's a 1.25 MOA load, but very affordable. My powder of choice with this bullet is H335, but many prefer TAC or CFE-223, which I have 10 lbs to try myself at some point. Clean burning and accurate I hear.
With that said, I don't consider this 55 fmjbt, or the similar soft point 55 gr Hornady which has flat base, got 6,000 of them too, as very accurate projectiles. They are high quality plinking rounds to me. The fmj is easier to load due to BT. My experience is they are equally accurate. 1-1.5 MOA.
You want a good shooting load, consider 69 or 77 SMK and varget. Naked or moly, both perform great. Powder valley has good prices. That's sub MOA in same gun shooting the Hornady 55's. In my other Barnes Precision AR-15 with 20" Krieger, I have a 77 SMK moly load with 23.8 of varget that shoots 1/4-1/2 MOA consistently.
All depends on your goals of course. My buddy has a similarly accurate load with 77 SMK moly using 8208XBR. That powder gets more velocity than Varget, but I'm too impressed with the accuracy im seeing to change.
He uses his, which are sub MOA, for 3 gun events. He makes them on the Dillon 550. My accuracy loads for 223 are on Rock Chucker using Lapua brass, Lee neck collet, then I use Redding body die to set headspace 0.003", using Hornady headspacd kit. Practically eliminated my runout compared to using Redding 3 die set, which had expander ball of course. Even put carbide button in, but runout was still 4-5 thou.
Loading for 223 can be as simple or complex as you want.
