Purchased a Lock and Load electronic from a friend and it was missing the draft shield, scale pan and large calibration weight.
Called Hornady last Friday to order the parts. Spoke with a customer service rep and she said they don't actually "stock" parts for these but they do have an inventory of returned and damaged units on hand and that they would ship the needed parts to me. Since they are not "stocked" there is no charge and the shipping is free.
Were in my mailbox this afternoon and all appear to be brand new.
