My brother purchased 100 pieces of new Hornady brass at a gun show. The brass was primed which I know that Hornady does not sell primed brass. I tried neck sizing and full length sizing the brass ( I used a carbide expander button with the Redding dies. When I tried to seat the bullets with a Wilson hand die they were extremely hard to seat-The case would not go into the seater die all the way. It was almost as if the seating die was undersized. I have loaded Norma-Winchester-Remington brass with no problems. Any Suggestions or idea as to what I am doing wrong?
