Can an improperly filled rear bag contribute to this? Ruling out wind, I’m trying to focus in the shooter induced variables and I’m starting to suspect my bag may not be filled enough

If you did not have wind flags out I would try that before I got tired excited. That bottom 3 shot group is vertical more than horizontal, might have got those of in same condition. Can an improperly filled rear bag contribute to this? Trigger pull could be an issue.
Absolutely. I probably don’t do enough dry firing practice
What is your trigger pull weight set at?
Are you shooting a thumb hole stock, rear stock hand placement can cause issues also.
Shoulder to stock pressure. What do you do with your off hand? Are you trying to free recoil?
