Hodgdon 4895

My local Scheels has a ton of Varget. It and other powders like it that couldn't be found before have been replaced by shooters and they aren't going back. VV is in the low $40's and Varget is $50. Hogdon and others are close to $50
I am transitioning over to VV powders slowly, they have been available more than anything in my area over the last couple of years.

It will be hard to replace. Probably the list has grown since, but I wrote in 2018 that Hodgdon publishes H4895 data for no less than 107 rifle cartridges, from 17-222 to 460 Weatherby Magnum and 500 Cyrus. There's only a relative handful of cartridges in between which don't have H4895 listed for them. Can there possibly be a powder that works in more rifle cartridges than H4895? I say no. Name a more versatile powder.
