HK 940 bolt won't open

I have had two HK 940's come into the shop lately with their bolts stuck closed. I can not get them open by using the bolt handle, but only by slamming the butt on the floor while pulling back on the bolt handle. Every thing looks fine and is clean. Any help is appreciated.

The Locking recesses and rollers must be clean and the firing pin as well.

The only problem I ever had with an HK-91 was using cheap laquer coated surplus.

The film coated everything and required cleaning everything including soaking the

fluted chamber in brake cleaner.

Steve

After a third one came in that worked, it was apparent that the support lever and ramp were missing. These are the parts that the bolt handle cams against to start initial extraction.
