hi my name is trapdoor I need help identifing cartridge

Hello my name is trapdoor33 I am a relatively new member to this site I enter this site daily it's a great site . I live now in FL but moved here from PA 5 yrs. ago. I have been reloading for over 44 yrs. I got a 50 box of loaded ammo I believe it is 6.5 x50 jap or 6.5 carcano . Bottom numbers are 22 38 3 fn . It has those long round bullets nose that carcano used during war. Any help identifying these would be welcome

Can you post a good pic of the cartridge.The jap had a slight rim and the carcano had none I believe.
