Hi lux scope warranty

I bought a used hi lux 7x30 x50 scope cheap. I mounted it on a rimfire rifle for a while and stuck it in Safe and forgot about it. Well stuck it on another rifle this week and tried to zero but windage seems to be stuck. Won’t adjust left or right. Reticle doesn’t move at all. Wondering if i need to toss in trash or is there any kind of warranty - seems when i purchased i read it had warranty lifetime but who services them. Reason i ask is says made in China on it . Nice clear scope but no good if won’t adjust. Thanks for any info

You can contact Hi Lux directly. They are out of CA , if I remember right. Do a search for them

China anything.....yech. I do hope you have success in getting it fixed though.
