Trying to get back on track with some major stories in the next few week. We just released a detailed story on a "multi-purpose" .308 Win Tubegun. Built by Mark LaFevers, the gun has proven very accurate. Mark shot a 149-10X at 800 yards with it today -- off his home-made bipod.

One interesting element of the story is that Mark chambered the barrel and assembled the gun himself. (He also built the muzzle brake, bag riders, and scope rings). This was the first gun Mark chambered and it came out really well because he did his homework before he started drilling steel. You can read how Mark learned how to chamber a barrel using a modern flushing system.
