Help with Weaver T24

Got a new Weaver T24. It came with absolutely no instuctions on zero'ing the adjustments or changing the adjustment knobs. Would someone please steer me?

Tim,
There should be a slotted bolt in the middle of the elevation and windage knob. Remove the bolt and slide the knob straight up and then straight back down to zero or to change to the target knob. Mine works great. Shoot Strait teele1
