I shoot L-R with a sling and irons as well as optics. I have a Stolle Big Bore Panda with the intragal 20moa piccatinny rail (all 1 piece and part of the receiver). Until late last year I was using a NF NXS 8-32x56 with Leupold QRW rings so I can get the scope off quickly knowing I will get a good return well to -0- after shooting the irons. Last fall, I gritted my teeth and purchased a 10-60x52 March scope. Now, here in lies the problem. I can't get the March scope far enough forward to obtain a proper eye relief and a full field of view. To get that I need to lengthen my stock to the point that I feel like I’m shooting someone else’s rifle. I have a Leupold mount that is designed for an AR platform that moves the scope forward but then I need to raise the cheek piece really high. I'm looking for any advice that someone can offer to help me to solve this problem. If you need measurements, dimensions etc. feel free to PM or e-mail me.
Thanks,
Lloyd
