Help with Rem 722 bolt

I have a Rem 722 in 223 which is missing the ejector and I want to replace it. Is the ejector, spring and capture pin the same as on a similar sized Rem 700. Thanks for the help..............R

Thanks for a quick reply. Numrich lists the ejector as .243, .308. .244, will this be the same as .223.......In other words they only list one..... I'm hoping they are all pretty much the same.......R

They are not the same; you may have to go with a Sako conversion.

What does a sako extractor have to do with a remington ejector? He needs less than $10 worth of parts

Yes it is the Ejector. And $10.00 in parts is $34.00 with shipping. I finally decided to fix the bolt. Someone long ago removed the parts and its a PIA to use. Actually they disturbed the extractor too. I am hoping this will keep the extractor somewhat in place. So I will tune the spring and see how it works out. At least it is a start.........Again, thanks for your help...........R

The ejector will not have a thing to do with keeping the extractor in place...
