Help with norma powder

Ok my problem is norma reloading data for 223 stops at 77gr 2.260 coal 23-24.2 for 203b and 21.8-23 for 202. I'm shooting 80.5gr Berger 2.480 coal, should I start load development at their max charge. I hate starting over but can't find benchmark anywhere. TIA

203B is very close to RL15 you can use RL15 data and start with a anemic load and work up
