Help with identifying an Arbor Press

I shot benchrest with one like this about 20 years ago. I bought that one from Don Geraci as he used it and got this one a few years later online. Supposedly only a handful were made. All of them were this green color except two I believe. The one I used was chrome and worked great. Just curious if anyone knows more about them.
