Help with group difference between 200 and 300 yds ?

Here are two of the final targets we shot for our winter league. Both with a Savage 223 with a Model 12 26" barrel. 1:9 twist using a 60gr VMAX bullet. The bottom occluded at the bottom was shot at 200yds with relatively light wind, tailing. That is a 4" diameter circle. The top target was shot the final week. First were 2 5 shot groups at 200yds and then 2 5 shot groups at 300yds. That target there was a variable crosswind of between 15-20mph.

Comment: if the object is shot groups, then "scores" are meaningless. You can "clean'' at 300 and have a pattern in 10x ring, not a shot group to brag about.
