HELP with Action Clear in Australia

I am hoping that one of our members can help me make contact with the folks at Action Clear in Australia.

I have been trying for some months now trying to get a response on a CG trigger that I bought and paid for in November with no luck at all.

Perhaps one of you is local to them, or knows someone who is that could help me out.
