help with 6br project

G'day all,
I'm building my first long range accurate rifle for competition here in Australia, I've chosen to go with the 6mmBR, need some advice on the barrel, I found this 28" Krieger Match 4 groove 243/237 cal blank stainless steel 8 twist #17 HV profile barrel, is that the right one for building the 6BR.

Thanks for clarifying that, can you please also tell me what the #17 HV means, HV stands for heavy varmint I take it, just wondering what the #17 part of it means.

I would go with the PTG "Blue Box" reamer. See attached drawing. I think the #17 is just a Krieger contour number.
