Help trying to turn necks

Making progress, but two new questions.
My .2645 gage pin showed up today and pushes the donut enough to turn the necks. There is a little bit of slop since the neck is slightly oversized now and my gage-pin/die rig is inducing a .005 runout on the neck, so it wobbles a little when turning, but it seems like I'm getting a consistent .013" neck all the way around and resizing straightens everything up.

My Lee shell-holder won't stay locked on the shell. It should have a reverse thread I think. It also appears to not be trued up, so the neck run-out is even more exaggerated. Any suggestions for a good adapter/holder that stays locked?

Just to follow up, carbide K&M cutter pilot arrived.
Back to .264 expander pin and it worked perfectly.

Thanks all.
