HELP!!!!!! SMF / Logging in

Trying to get help from SMF doesn't work any other ideas.
I can't stay logged in for longer than 1 hour no matter which time length I choose!!!!!!!!
Need HELP!!!!!!

2. Check to see if you have a software firewall running that is blocking cookie sessions.

3. Here is a procedure that should help. In Internet Explorer browser, select "Tools" from pull-down menu at top right of your page. Then...

Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Sites > Type in "Forum.accurateshooter.com" and click the "Allow" button.

4. Make sure you have up-to-date version of Java installed.
