Help selecting a cartridge

I have two cartridges Im seriously considering. If we played with these numbers, what would you rather shoot in F class? How would both of these compare to a 300 WSM and berger 215s? Im fairly certain id get way longer barrel life over the WSM.

Running numbers the 7mm running 195s would have less wind drift. Would the 30 cal rival anything in another way? Both cartridges Im playing with here deliver these velocities with 15 grains less powder, mas o menos, than a 300WSM or 300WM.

(Both are wildcats)

Cartridge A in 7mm:
Berger 180s at 3000-3100 fps
Berger 195s at 2900-3000 fps

Cartridge B in 30 cal:
Berger 200 at 3000-3100 fps
Berger 215 at 2900-2980 fps

Here is something to think about. The Berger 195s are a HUNTING bullet and can not withstand long periods of fire once past 2900 f.p.s. with any significant velocity. You need a 8.25 twist for optimal accuracy at 1000 yards. I have several friends who shoot a 7 SAUM Imp. They are shooting the 195s at 2885 (or thereabouts).. One of those friends shoots his 195s at 2910 and has yet to blow up a bullet>>>but it may very well be on it's way! Stay well under 2900 and you won't blow one up under the sustained fire of 25+ rounds. The barrel life of a SAUM IMP will normally run about 800-1100 rounds. However, in order to be in the same league with the 195s, a 300WSM MUST push the 215s to about 2920! Recoil will be something to contend with, however, the ballistics will be comparable. On the better side, you should get 2000 rounds of barrel life out of a WSM..
