Help on picking out 22 Creedmoor reamer.

Going to buy my first reamer for my first custom rifle. Decided on 22 Creedmoor. What free bore and neck should I get?
Wanting to run 64 gn fb berger varmint bullets up to 70gn vld's the barrel is a 9 twist kriger 28in Finnish hv contour going on a ruger m77 mkii

Send a dummy round in and they can give you the correct freebore and neck dia. your looking for depending on your brass loaded round if you dont want to turn necks.

Correct me please. But if I turn necks to .013 I'll have a .250 neck so get a .253 neck and the base to ogive of a burger 73gn bt target is .524 and the neck length of 6.5 cm is .285 which leaves me .239 free bore ?

I hate to be the damper but why do you seem bent on a 22 Creedmoor?
I own and shoot both 6.5 and 6 Creedmoor rifles and love them both. I have had zero issue with Hornady brass in them but I have stayed inside the limits of pressure. I am not sure you will have the best luck when necking down to 22 caliber. That means using Lapua 6.5 Creedmoor brass and possibly even more work to make good brass for the 22 version.
If it were me I would look at chambering in for 22-250 or maybe even the new 22 Nosler. Both have enough azz to launch heavy bullets and very respectable speeds from 26" barrels plus no need to do a lot of work to get good brass.
If you're intent on the 22 Creed then I would order my reamer with zero free bore and have the gunsmith throat it based on a dummy round with the bullet you want to use.

I have a 22 creedmoor, and it is a freakin laser death ray on coyotes and hogs. I run the 80.5gn Berger on the north side of 3400fps with H4350. If I recall, my reamer is a .257 neck and 80 or 90 freebore. I don't turn neck on the Hornady brass, and haven't loaded any of my new Lapua brass up yet. With the 64 grn bullets that you are talking about, you can kiss barrels good bye at a quick rate, I would think. This cartridge really shines with the heavy for caliber bullets.
