Help me ID this odd scope mount set up

IMG_6457.JPG This is on a BSA majestic rifle I would really like to find a weaver rail adapter or even just weaver bases for it but without knowing what I have it makes it hard to search. It clamps on like rimfire bases but is wider. and The rear base has a small dimple that it uses as a recoil lug? Any idea what it's called or a lead on an weaver setup for it?

I'm reserving the option of having it drilled and tapped as a last resort. Thank you very much for any help

These are the dovetail ring bases machined into the front and rear ring similar to what we find on Sakos. The mounts were sold by the width of the dovetail at the widest point since they were tapered, in millimeters, of course. The 'divot' is the detent which acts against recoil. Normally you would find these as manufactured by Parker Hale although originally the mounts came with the rifle, I think.

Finding them here will take some investigation, I managed to find a pair at a gun show ages ago. I suggest that you get online to find a supplier from the UK who might have what you need. They will be more plentiful over there.

Regards.

They are Parker hale , one should have a hole in the center as a recoil stop . Parker hale ROLL OFF RINGS are the ones you need gun parts sell/sold them .

If you can't find them or don't want the expense , they should be on the same plane so drill and tap for weaver bases and keep it simple .
