Help me Gucci up a Dillon

I just watched a video from Dillon. It looks like priming is done on the first station, powder is dispensed at the second station, third station is bullet seating and fourth station is crimping.

If I didn't already have two Dillon 550 presses, shellplates, and toolheads, I probably would go for the 750.
Several years ago, I considered upgrading to a true progressive with the extra position for a powder checker. I watched all of the tutorials on the Dillon, RCBS, Hornady presses and decided that I might just as well stick with what I have.

… kinda defeats the reason for buying a progressive press… best wishes to you!
I am confused about second station priming. I have 2 550's, and the first station sizes and deprimes on the upstroke, and primes on the down stroke and the second station is the powder station, third station seats bullet, and forth crimps. Where does the second station priming come in? I do everything on 550's. Their priming works fine for me, and I haven't cleaned a primer pocket since I got the Dillon 30 years ago and I have never noticed a difference in accuracy.

If I were you, I'd go for the 750. Having a case feeder is an awesome option!

Even if you don't think you'll like or need five stations, it will benefit you.

Here is what I would do:

Dillon 750, run the brass through twice.

Mighty Armory decapping die, then a FL sizing die without an expander ball, then a mandrel die. On the downstroke, you can replace the primer unit with a swaging station from "Swage It". All this gets done without you doing anything but dumping the lubed brass in the feeder and pulling the handle. Then in the last station, you can set up their trimmer should you want to. Myself, I like the three-way trimmers which index off the shoulder, using a drill, but they do need to be trimmed after sizing. I like to tumble before trimming.

Then next trip through, you can keep the decapper to ensure flash holes are clear. You will also want to reinstall the priming system. Then a powder die or powder thrower (if using a thrower, put a powder check in the next station). Then seat and crimp.

Done and minimal handling of your brass.

Thank you for sharing your processes with me. @tyler02

I thought this was going to be rather simple and straight forward. LOL
