Help, loaded round stuck in die!

I have a loaded 243 round stuck in a Redding S type full resizing die with no bushings in die, rockchucker press.

Just got new die and was adjusting it to bump the shoulder on the rounds I had loaded that were hard for the bolt to close. I had gotten it down to 1/8” turn on the die.

All the cases were coming out were coming out perfect.

This round was hard to close the bolt before bumping and still hard to close the bolt after bumping.
I adjusted the die 1/8” turn more bump.

Noticed the press was a little harder to close. When I tried to pull round out, I pulled the lip off the bottom of the shell.

I have:
Pulled the bullet.
Dumped the powder.
Put ¼ inch WD40 in bottom of case to kill primer and sprayed the edge of die above the case to hopefully further lubricate the bullet.

Current plan:
Wait an hour to ensure primer dead.
With a punch, try to drive the case out of the die.,With face mask and welding gloves for protection)

I have drill press, not machinist quality), acetylene/oxygen torch.

Any other options?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Thanks, Jerry

Buy a stuck case remover...

RCBS Stuck Case Remover

...or make one using a 3/8 drive socket and a 1/4-20 or 1/4-28 bolt.

probably a better idea to pull bullet and dump powder first, then resize.

knock the primer out and use a stuck case remover to get the case out. RCBS has the simple one where you drill the primer pocket out and re tap it to a bigger diameter, then screw in the associated bolt like thing to get the case out. All accessories are included in the package.

update, primer is gone, with heavy cover, pin and hammer.
Per GermanS1, trying home made stuck case remover.
Thanks, Jerry

The home-made case remover is really the same as the Redding or RCBS, but using a stack of washers instead of the machined cup. It's not better or worse, but you can get all the parts at the local hardware store and keep reloading instead of waiting a week for the kit to come in the mail.

You need a few washers with a hole big enough for the case to poke through and enough of them to get to the top of the case, then one more washer with a 1/4" hole for the bolt to go through and to "cap off" the stack. The rest is the same as the kit, a 14" x 20 tap, the right drill bit and a bolt.

I just use a 1/2 x 3/8 pipe reducing bushing....I put a wing nut on the lil bolt to hold it and the washer in place for the next time I have to use it...the tap and drill are ones I have laying arond the shop!!! Real simple ..cost a cupla $$$ and available at any local hardware store....Roger
That particular size bushing will accept all ctgs up to and including belted mags...ultra mag requires a bigger one..!!!

Update, the case is out, thanks to all for the help.
From GermanS1 came, homemade in an emergency, drill & drill bit, 1/4 in tap, 1/4 bolt, enough spacers, washers) and out it came.
Thanks again to all, Jerry
