Help identifying stock

GAnderson

Gold $$ Contributor
Does anyone have an idea as to what rifle/manufacturer this stock is for? There are no markings or name at all on it. It does not appear that it is for a Remington 700 based on the picture of the bottom. I am thinking maybe Tikka, but have done a search on them and cannot find one that fits this "pattern". Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks to all...they are indeed Win 70 stocks. My friend has 2 of these and one appears to be a short action and the other a long action as the hole spacing is different. We did put a Win 70 short action in the short action stock and it fit. Thanks again to all.

It appears to be a Winchester injection molded stock which was used on the WSSM line of bolt action rifles. Maybe from the 2000's?

Yep, that looks like the 2 stocks we have...one has a longer action screw hole spacing than the other, so I assume that one is for a Model 70 short action and the other for a Model 70 long action. We tried a Model 70 action in the short action stock and it fit perfectly. The stocks look exactly like the one you have here. Thanks
