Help identifying powder measure

I bought this powder measure along with a Harrell's Premium Powder Measure last weekend at a gun show and was wondering if anyone knows the brand? Kind of looks like an early Neil Jones (maybe) but I can't find one like it to be sure. No markings of any kind on it. Thought I got a good price at $225 for both regardless of what this one is. Thanks in advance!

I have a Neil Jones measure from back in the mid 80s and the handle is on the opposite side as the one u have. Mine also has a foil label that indicates it is a Jones measure.

some othe features do look similar though.

Possibly an RFD but can't remember how Bob had his arranged. No identifying writing on it anywhere?

That is a early Sinclair, I have one identical to it.
