HELP Identify This Barrel

I need someone to identify this barrel for me. I think it's for a Springfield 1903. Original and in the U.S. packaging. Labeled;

Pictures show the letters HS and the Ordnance Bomb insignia behind the front sight base slot. At the bottom of the frame of the same picture is the letter P. No other markings on the barrel. It's a 4 grove barrel. Appears to have a 30-06 chamber. Overall length is 26 inches.

Threaded diameter is 1.117 and the cylinder diameter is 1.315 at the shoulder.

What size is the barrel tenon . Most likely a 1903 Springfield . If it larger then a 1917 enfield

High standard 1917 barrel. Not for a 03 definitely maybe for a 03a3, I dont see the machined area ahead of the barrel tenon for the 03 rear sight.
Either a 1917, due to the labeling you listed
or 03a3

Sounds like 1917, because there is no machined area for a rear sight like an 03a3.

What's the value? it's definitely a new original barrel.

I WOULD THINK IF IT IS A P-17 BARREL WHICH ARE NOT OVERLY COMMON IT SHOULD BE WORTH AT LEAST 200.00. Sorry caps were on.

The p-17 is 1.325 at shoulder ,10 sq tpi ,1.085 thred od ,.800 long thred tenon
Springfield 1903 or a3 is 1.145 at shoulder ,.990 thread OD , .734 tenon length.
Looks like a 1917 barrel , nice find , easily worth $200 .
