I need someone to identify this barrel for me. I think it's for a Springfield 1903. Original and in the U.S. packaging. Labeled;

Pictures show the letters HS and the Ordnance Bomb insignia behind the front sight base slot. At the bottom of the frame of the same picture is the letter P. No other markings on the barrel. It's a 4 grove barrel. Appears to have a 30-06 chamber. Overall length is 26 inches.
Threaded diameter is 1.117 and the cylinder diameter is 1.315 at the shoulder.
