I bought a Redding 3 die set at an estate sale. The box says .22-250 Type-s-bushing Style Neck sizing Die 71106 with the neck sizing die box checked. I'm thinking the bushing die was originally purchased as a single die in this box. The bushing die was easy to ID since it had a bushing installed. It is marked "B/NK S1". The seating die was obvious & is marked"ST Q0". The third die has a decapping steam & is labeled "NK R1". To be a complete set shouldn't there be a "body die"? Just guessing but I'm thinking S1,R1,Q0 are some type of mfg date code. Continuing my assumptions "NK R1" is just a regular non-bushing neck sizing die? Your thoughts & comments are most appreciated.
