Help ID a Winchester mod 70

Hi I just picked up a Model 70 from a small gun shop for $800. The rifle looks almost new and unfired. Thing is I do not know the various flavors of Model 70s. From the look of it this one is a later one with a serial number that starts with G. If I was to guess it was made some time in the 1970s. It has a target stock with hand rail as well as redfield international sights. By the way its in 30-06.
How does one tell if its a Ultra Match or something else that is a bit special?

Also, the Ultramatch rear tang, just in front of the rear action screw, has a couple of screws for adjusting the trigger, which is different from the trigger on other Model 70's.

Ok so it has the clip charger slot - what does that indicate?
also it looks like it has 2 threaded holes in the rear tang. not sure if there are screws down in there. does that make it a super match?

any info would be appreciated I do not know anything about this rifle.

Looks to be set up for across the course or prone sling shooting. Can't help more with the ID but at the price you got it for looks like a good deal.

It also came with a very interesting looking palm rest and sling.

Looks like one of the Palma rifle clones, but I don' know which year eliminated 06 as a cartridge. Those are nice hand stops too.

Yes, the Palma Match rifles started as ultra match versions, fitted with Redfield sights, were bedded from the factory and supplied to competitors (with ammo) and competitors had the option to buy the rifles after, if declined they were returned to Winchester and sold. I believe they supplied 3 different years, late sixties to mid 70's maybe?
