Help building a bench

Hey guys.

Going to try and put together a shooting bench outside my house. I'm able to put a bench right outside my shop, so i'd like to make it as permanent and sturdy as possible. I'm pretty sure I have access to some old railroad ties, and I have considered using those. I've also considered just pouring some concrete and building one that way.

Has anyone built anything like this? What did you use. What where your dimensions. If you used concrete, what did you use for a mold.
