Heat treating vendor recomendations

Can anyone recommend a heat treating company that can treat a Mauser receiver and bolt? I've been in contact with Pac Met in Washington. They can do a receiver and bolt for $150.

Pac Met is very experienced in case hardening Mauser receivers. Why the bolt?

Blanchard is very good and have done many of them also. Remember, they do not heat treat mausers, the will be case hardened.

Pac Met is very experienced in case hardening Mauser receivers. Why the bolt?

The bolt was lapped to the receiver. I thought it bestto have all the contact pieces treated.

Most reputable Mauser smiths do not lap the lugs. Mausers are case hardened and not heat treated. You can lap below the case and it is not recommended.
