I posed that very question to Bruno Shooters Supply a few days ago (http://www.brunoshooters.com/SRCH.html?Store_Code=BSS&Search=borescope). They said that the only difference between the cheaper model (19661) and the next more expensive model (19662) is that one comes with the black plastic case and the other does not.
