Having difficulty with this reticle

I need to find a copy of the manual for this reticle. The guy tells me the scope is off a Mongolian sniper rifle. For $100.00 I might buy it.reticle.png

Mongolians ride long distances on their horses and get tipsy. That's why the lower dots are side to side and set up for different size horses.

Now it is mostly a dry place and when water might be present, the arrow on the left will point down to where you might set up a dousing rod.

There is a sacred place in Mongolia and you are not allowed to visit. Get close and you clearly see the red box showing where you cannot go.

Not trying to sound negative but if you are having difficulty finding a manual for it will it be in Mongolian or some other unreadable language. I think I would save my money and get something else. I have never seen a reticle like that and don't think I want too.

Thank you, needed a Good Laugh

I believe that Lus & Wahbli were taken over by Sightron in the lat few years. In fact just before I purchased mine! Which is on it's way back to the factory. The FTR rifle was shooting fine before Xmas. First round down at 600yds hit the aerial of the electronic targets. ie some 4 feet fron the X. Took it the 100 yd range and shot an 18in group. Now I have to figure a way of getting it from New Zealand to the service centre - which ain't happening this side of Covid 19.

Duck, cool looking scope but I believe I would stay away from it unless you wanted a conversation piece. I believe the Red Box tells you location where the 72 Virgins are hidden.
I cannot find any reticles with Google fu that look like this. Maybe one of a kind.

1.7-62.5X21? Wow. That's one phenomenal riflescope, with a zoom ratio of 36.7X. I thought my March-X 5-50X56 was impressive with its 10X, but this one is so much better. I don't think you will get much of an image at 62.5X however. The exit pupil will be quite small. This probably the only scope with which you can look at the sun and not be blinded. I wonder if they say that in the marketing brochure.

I couldn’t find any info to help the OP but did find this reticle on a Russian Dragunov sniper rifle. Those snipers got it figured out??
