Have you seen this before

I am building a 22XC. I received my Peterson 6XC brass a few weeks ago. Adjusted the die and started necking down the cases. I noticed it was taking a little extra force to neck them down. Did about six and stopped. The holes looked just like yours but worst. Compared them to the un-sized cases. Easy to see the difference. I never thought to look at the de-capping pin before I started. My bad! It had a large de-capping pin in it. The pin is .072 and the SRP brass hole is approximately .065". Pretty close.
