Has anyone formed 6.5 Grendel into 6ppc?

What twist are you using with those 75 gr Speer's with.

Murray, In my AR with a BHW 20” barrel 1-8” twist, 3P rifling, .264 LBC (Same as a 6.5 Grendel) I am using Sierra 85 gr. HP with H335 for Varmints and Hornady 123 ELD M for deer with IMR 8208 with very good results. My Howa Mini in 6.5 G shoots good but needs to be pillar and skim bedded and I am using the same loads in it as the AR. Don’t know the twist on the Howa.

In an effort to research this topic, I stumbled across this thread. I have 300x pieces of Lapua 6.5 Grendel brass that I'm going to test in a PPC. The .220 Russian brass has been hard to find and I'd like to use this Grendel brass for something. One pass through the 6PPC FL die, with no bushing, pushed the shoulder back. I will either get a body die to fully size the neck and push back the shoulder, or use the die I have and get a couple bushings to size it down to 6mm. I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work.

I've done just the opposite, forming 6 Grendel brass from 220R brass. The neck ends up a several thou short but it shoots great and the brass is top notch. So is the Lapua 6.5 Grendel brass but it's unobtainium right now.

Yes but the neck will be a tad short...using 220r brass. Haven't tried true ppc brass like norma
