Hart rifle action tapered base

I'm using an old Hart action as above as a basis for a 1000yard rifle being built by a local "gun" smith and shooter, Tony Z, ad have reached the sage of looking for a 20' tapered base for it. The Hart trigger is smooooth, and releases around the 10 ounce mark, with no noticeable creep or backlash;, according to tony Z I'm wasting time and money fitting a Jewell or anything similar. The bolt runs slicker'n bald tires on black ice on a smooth road, so that's all good too.
Hole spacings are the same as a Remmy front on both the front and rear of the action, and over the port it's standard Remington as well. I can get a base made up, but was wondering if anyone had any hints for a source for a "ready to go" base. Action diameter is 1.400'
Meanwhile, wishin'g all you good blokes a great spring/summer shooting season.
Cheers,
wooby

Thanks, GerryM, now why didn't I think of that?
Maybe I'm getting old and forgetful....
Very much appreciated, and I hope you have a productive successful spring and summer of shooting.
Cheers,
