Does anyone know (theses actions are out of my wheelhouse) if the Hart actions were/are the same as a Remington 700 footprint?

Which model? They made a ton of benchrest style actions- never seen one that was a remington clone but id bet they made some

I'll find out more tomorrow. I'll assume that most are flat bottoms?
I found a really nice stock for a good price. However it's inlet for a Hart. And, I'm new to this game so I don't know what they look like. Hence my asking.

Some were flat but most were round. Youll be able to use it for anything you want. No matter if it was inlet for your exact action it still goes thru the fitting process and bedding. No stock is a drop in when you get right down to it
