Harrell's Precision Website Still Not Working

Just a FYI for y'all.

The shopping basket on the website takes orders on the customer end but is not delivering the orders on Harrell's end.

So, if anybody has ordered on-line since about 12/1/10 and has not received their stuff, please call the shop and give them your info so they can fill your order.

Your card HAS NOT been charged, even though it says payment has been received.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program....

Lynwood needs to get the word out about this.

His customers might be sitting there waiting for their things, assuming that the order went through when in fact it did not.

Site is still not working correctly.

If you or someone you know has ordered something on-line, you will need to call Lynwood and give him your info so he can ensure that you get your stuff.

Otherwise, you may be waiting forever to get what you ordered.

If anybody out there knows Wilbur, tell him that he needs to look into this and get things squared away.

That's really a shame! They pay good money for that site and that service.
I sent an e-mail to the sales staff of the company that sells that shopping cart service. Hopefully they will take a proactive approach to this problem.

Thanks for the support Barry.

Lynwood is looking into getting another website with another provider.

He needs to be able to have changes made when he needs them made or have issues corrected ASAP, not when the administrator gets around to it.

Hopefully Wilbur catches wind of these posts and gets to fixin' things..

If you have ordered something from Harrell's website since December, you'd better call the shop or you'll never get it.
