Harrell's Precision Future Status

Actually Lynwood Harrell, the founder and still current owner had a couple of people running it for him, and they are retiring, but a new extremely experienced group will be continuing the tradition with Lynwoods guidance.
Good news that their products will continue. But the transition is not being handled well and that is creating a lot of uncertainty and confusion. This being exemplified by the retirement banner still being displayed on the internet home page. I wish them all the best moving forward!

I received my brakes today. Not a volume user but always have used them for many years for my customers. Hope they continue in the future.

It’s unfortunate that banner was put up without authorization, but it has been taken down. Harrell’s Precision will continue on with no substantive changes. Lynwood is still the owner, and moving forward it will still be the same great service and quality as always. Harrell’s will be around for a long time to come!

I was told that there will be a new guy taking up the brakes, but it sounds like a separate business. I went ahead and ordered 100 brakes just in case.

HVaccuracy.com will be doing the brakes
Harrell’s will continue on as before, same prices service and quality. Lynwood is still the owner and will remain so. The only real change will be that the hours will expand so calls will be taken 6 days a week.

A little off topic, but has anyone used their rimfire tuner that fits over a unthreaded barrel?
Yes, I've got one on my Ruger Precision Rimfire with a Shaw match barrel. It works just fine, though only when I'm using ammo that produces really small groups. I'm often asked by other shooters if it's a suppresser for the way it looks on the barrel. Because of its size and looks, I often jokingly refer to my gun as my Blunderbuss. :D
