Really goes without posting probably, but Harrells Precision gets an A+ for customer service.
Messed up the brass ring nut that holds the powder drop tube.
Will teach me to look where I put things when taking them apart.
Called Harrells to inquire on buying a new one.
Gentleman that answered the phone took my name & addy.
Part shows up free of charge.
Thats a class act my friends.
Was more than happy to pay for it.
Definitely will be my vendor of choice for things in the future.

Always have had excellent service with Harrels. Recently had a muzzle brake lost in the mail. After my postmaster admitted it was lost, I called Harrels, and another one was sent out promptly. It was no fault of theirs, but they ate the loss.

Yes they are, I should have when they replaced a part for me but maybe send them $20 for the postage and effort?

I am replacing some rings on a rifle. It will sport the Harrells rings....quite proudly I might add.

I've ordered dies.they sent them with a bill.didnt want payment up front.i was shocked.

I don't think they do this anymore, there is a popup to pay and that is what I've used the last several times.

This is a recent development. When I first started ordering from them they had no way to run credit cards. They would send the product out in good faith, and trusted you to send a check. GREAT PEOPLE

Yes, I was always paranoid about forgetting so as soon as I got an item I wrote the check and took out to the mail box even if the mail had already run! LOL

Me too ! Normally I would write the check while I was on the phone with them.
