Happy New Year Boys

I cooked black eyed peas today. I put in chopped celery, yellow onion and smoked ham. Very good. I used Pioneer cornmeal mix, buttermilk and green chilies. We had chopped kale with the peas. Great lunch. Ate the peas all day long!! Happy NY to you great folks on this site. And Forum Boss, you did a great job running this site in 2025!
