I only used the site for their ballistics calculator. Gave me drops and therefore comeups for my various F Class loads out to 1000 yards.
I actually corresponded with the site director a few years ago. As a retired computer science teacher with a comp sci degree I was interested in the programming language(s) he used to code the ballistic calculator. He said C++ and Assembler both of which I taught to my grade 12 classes.
Anyway, too bad. I had hoped that his server had crashed or some such thing and he would come back on line. Let`s hope.
JBM is the best web-based ballistics calculator going. If you use the pull-down menus for BCs, you can save time. These pull-down tables include field tested values derived by Bryan Litz.
Ya I noticed it's down too ???
JBM is good, I downloaded PointBlank Ballistics and am pretty happy with it, short learning curve,FREE! ;D
