Hammerli Force B1, accuracy?

Was checking out the Hammerli Force B1 which looks like a more affordable straight pull design rimfire compared to the Volquartsen Summit action. Watched half a dozen videos last night and the accuracy was mediocre at best with a few different types of ammo that typically shoots. I was interested in trying one but that kind of killed the itch. Neat design, adjustable length of pull, easy to swap out barrels, heavy trigger but it would accept a Kidd or other 10/22 trigger. I’ll probably just go with a Summit but thought I’d ask. The attraction is shooting suppressed, semi autos aren’t loud suppressed but the action staying closed after pulling the trigger helps a bit when trying to get as quiet as you can.

Any of guys have one or tried one?

I saw one at Bass Pro this afternoon. I thought it looked pretty nice and was $359 (I think). I had a used Sako on my mind and didn't give the Hammerli much thought.

Check for posts on Rimfire Central. There has been some discussion there. Hammerli is owned by Umarex. I personally don't have much faith in it being more than a marketing gimmick rather than an earnest attempt to turn our a real quality item.

Thanks for the thoughts guys, the Volquartsen was the original path, I think I’ll keep heading that way.
