H4831/85 gr. load for 6XC?

Does anyone have a starting load for H4831 and a 85 gr. bullet in the 6XC?
Or is this powder too slow for this weight of bullet?

Thanks, John.

H4831 is too slow for that bullet weight in 6XC. Try the medium rate powders like H4895, 8208 XBR, Varget, RL15, etc. With 105-115 bullets, H4350 is a better choice.

(edited to correct error, misread post as 6BR)

Thanks Gator. I do have some H4350 but alot of H4831 and I was hoping
it would work for bullets down to 85 gr. during barrel breakin. I guess the
worst that could happen is that velocity would not be very good with a case full of H4831?

Thanks. John.

I have great luck with Varget and Berger 105's It would seem to me that 4831 with a 85 gr bullet would be way to slow, and likely very poor accuracy.
