H4350

I see H4350 come & go in availability at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's for online purchase, there's zero HazMat fees and zero shipping costs using their free ship-to-store option to pick up at a B&M store. Check often is my advice. Even at their normal shelf price it's still way less than $100 / lb or $75 / lb. I don't recall the last price I saw precisely but I know it was less than $40 / lb.

what’s left over I’ll offer here. When people want to pay me 100.00 per 1000 of primers and 60.00-70.00 per lb of powder why not sell it to them? I have more powder and primers than I’ll ever use in 3 lifetimes of shooting so it’s time to let it go.
How do ya plan on shipping it

I have a good amount of IMR 4350 and use it a lot. Always find it more available than H4350. From what I understand it is very comparable to H4350, just burns a little faster. I have never had any H4350. Anyone here have any experience comparing the two in velocity and accuracy tests?

I ran IMR 4350 in just about everything. 7mm RemMag, 338 WinMag, 300 H&H and even 22-250 (still do in the 22-250 and most mags). Tried it in my 7mm-08 in a 700 VLS. Could not get it to shoot better than 3/4 MOA. Went to H 4350 and was able to get to 1/4 MOA after ladder and bullet seating tests. I may have been able to do better with the IMR, but I never found that "sweet spot". Can't tell you about velocity, as I never check on that until it is shooting accurately.

BTW, went to IMR 7828 in the 7mm RemMag last year and Berger 168 VLD Hunt.. My 3/4 MOA elk gun is now sub 1/4 MOA for three shots. Not bad for a factory BDL from the 70s!
