A gunshop in NE Pa called Talltales sports has a great supply of powder. H4350 & H4831sc among the favorites. Also have IMR/Win/Rel/Acc etc. There are 90 miles south of me. Was there yesterday and packed out with a good supply. Impressed with the amount of powder/ bullets. Go to their website for availability. Thought I would pass it along. Both are instock at Powder Valley. A couple of weeks ago H4350 was on sale, tells you something about the supply side.

I was in a GS about 2 weeks ago and they had a couple cases or more of the 4831SC along with a good selection of other powders.

I was back where I grew up a few weeks ago. Little gun shop had about everything except h1000. Got some cci 450’s, 108 Berger’s, and 215 Berger’s. Felt pretty happy.

More powders are remaining available longer because of the skyrocketing prices. Folks are reluctant to "over-purchase" because of this. Doesn't really add relief to the wallet but at least more resources are available to those who are really in need without the extortion on some 'broker" websites.

Until demand drops. Doubtful we'll see $15/lb again with the near monopoly, but it will drop some when we stop buying. Small primers came back at $90-150/1000 a few months ago. I've seen "sales" at $70/1000 for domestic brands or less for the foreign stuff recently.

The secret is to know when to stack 'em deep before the next "shortage" begins.
