BoydAllen said:The problem may have been your seating depth, and possibly neck tension. 133 likes more neck tension than some powders need. .003 is not too much, and it is pretty common to seat bullets somewhere into the lands. If the bullet is a single radius ogive in the 7-8 range seating so the marks are less long than wide generally works, and you will usually find one of the tuning nodes between 29 and 29 grains with bullets in the 64-68 grain range. You mentioned loading up to the max, did you determine this by bolt lift or some book listing?
